Stewardship Fund, LP was founded in 2002.  The original partners had a vision on how companies should interact with communities, charities and investors to make a difference for our country.  To entrench this vision and commitment into the fabric of our company, the name was evident.

Stewardship is a company that focuses on the acquisition of distressed assets and finding a win-win solution.  We purchase REO properties as well as non-performing, first-position mortgages. Our strategy is to work with the existing borrower or offer solutions to assist them with modifying their current obligation.  The majority of our assets will be sold via owner finance, as opposed to a "fire sale" through the traditional broker network.

Since 2002, Stewardship has purchased over $200 million worth of assets, and we look to build upon that platform in 2010.  Stewardship is a turn-key shop and we pride ourselves on taking care of each individual client from initial contact through the performance of the owner finance contract. 

Through the principles that were the foundation of our company, as well as strategic partnership which will improve efficiencies, we will seek additional growth opportunities that will become the building blocks for a successful future.
